- Leading annual planning and quarterly reforecasts, consolidating data and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
- Overseeing monthly financial reporting packages, providing clear insights for action-oriented decision-making.
- Liaising with corporate accounting on critical areas like revenue recognition, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing bi-weekly commission payroll with precision and fairness.
- Supervising regional financial analysts, fostering their growth through coaching and process improvements.
- Cultivating relationships with FP&A teams, Regional Finance Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Spearheading projects and delivering value-added analyses to influence business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
