  • Managing bi-weekly commission payroll with precision and fairness.
  • Supervising regional financial analysts, fostering their growth through coaching and process improvements.
  • Cultivating relationships with FP&A teams, Regional Finance Directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Spearheading projects and delivering value-added analyses to influence business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
