  • Analyze quarterly investment statements from Capital Asset Support Corporation, booking unrealized gains/losses at fair market value and distributions of realized income.
  • Develop regular forecasts of operating cash flows and strategically coordinate funding from short-term deposits or long-term investments.
  • Prepare and present compelling quarterly reviews of the financial position to the Council, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Efficiently manage purchasing, inventory tracking, and accounts payable processes to streamline operations.
  • Handle customer billing and accounts receivable for all public events, ensuring timely collections.
  • Administer and closely monitor U.S. Bank debit card activity for compliance and control.
  • Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports that support decision-making.
  • Compile and present detailed financial and operational performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict compliance with quarterly sales tax filings, annual 1099 reporting, and year-end parishioner contribution reporting.
  • Track all restricted contributions, ensuring funds are distributed precisely in line with donor restrictions.

Required Qualifications
