Key Responsibilities

Handle all AP/AR transactions post tenant payments manage deposits and proactively monitor delinquencies. Prepare essential journal entries execute monthly reconciliations with proper coding and perform CAM and tenant recovery reconciliations issuing accurate billing and adjustments.

Additionally you'll enter and update complex lease charges such as escalations abatements breakpoints renewals and other lease-driven terms while reviewing leases for financial accuracy and compliance. Generate comprehensive monthly financial statements and management reports directly from Yardi and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and policy adherence.

Year-End & Financial Partner Support

Play a key role in year-end processes by preparing reconciliations and partnering directly with external CPAs. Support asset-level financial reporting forecasting and analysis while collaborating with Property Managers to align operational activities with financial records ensuring seamless accuracy across the portfolio.

Systems & Process Improvement

Drive efficiency by streamlining financial systems enhancing reporting accuracy and optimizing internal workflows. Assist with Yardi system updates report customization and troubleshooting to support scalability within the finance function.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

Provide essential administrative assistance for smooth daily operations and support leadership on projects tied to financial oversight and organizational growth fostering a proactive team environment.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should have 3+ years of property accounting experience with strong proficiency in Yardi Voyager software. Essential skills include AP/AR processing financial reconciliations lease administration and tenant billing.
