Collaboration and Presentation

Process Improvement and Compliance

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data while assisting with the month-end close process.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial analysis and reporting efficiencies, leveraging automation and best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and support internal/external audit and compliance activities in accordance with GAAP standards.

Required Qualifications

To excel as a Financial Analyst with Robert Half's client, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
