Key Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will handle a diverse set of duties focused on financial oversight and operational efficiency:

• Collaborate with the centralized accounting team to accurately book and reconcile journal entries, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Lead month-end and quarterly close processes: prepare and format financial reports, deliver detailed variance analysis, and maintain broker balances.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives, providing data-driven insights for regional planning.
• Calculate commissions each pay period and submit to the Regional Finance Manager for review and approval.
• Submit service tickets to the centralized team for efficient invoice creation and processing.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM: track deals and sales pipeline for accurate forecasting, verify calculations and data entries, and organize contracts, agreements, and documents for commission invoicing.
• Identify and suggest improvements to financial processes, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and broker support.
• Support the Finance and Operations Director on special projects, from ad-hoc analysis to strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
