  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports for the management team, including monthly cost reports per contract requirements.
  • Assist with month-end close duties and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Support headcount forecasting and reporting to align with business expansion goals.
