Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily financial operations for the speaker bureau, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and detailed variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and overseeing Statements of Work (SOWs), from creation to securing necessary approvals, ensuring all financial terms are precise and aligned with client expectations.
• Creating and managing comprehensive budgets, proposals, and complex SOWs that support business objectives and revenue goals.
• Preparing and delivering monthly budgets, accrual reports, and financial updates to stakeholders, providing clear insights into performance metrics.
• Partnering with Program Directors to review and finalize monthly accruals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conducting accurate reconciliations and producing client-ready financial reports that meet the highest standards of professionalism.
• Providing detailed invoicing information to Accounts Receivable teams to facilitate timely and error-free billing processes.
• Setting up new projects by establishing job numbers, records, and initial financial frameworks.
• Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risks and maintain trust.
• Supporting client meetings, accrual discussions, and ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
