Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Litigation Attorney focusing on class actions, your role will scale with experience:

• Junior Attorneys: Dive into discovery practice, including document review, interrogatories, and requests for production. Draft pleadings and motions under partner guidance, while learning case management from the ground up.
• Mid-to-Senior Attorneys: Lead depositions—both taking and defending key witnesses. Draft sophisticated motions, argue in court, and strategize discovery to build ironclad defenses.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients in the financial services sector, contributing to high-stakes class action defenses and complex commercial disputes.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, ensuring strategic alignment and superior outcomes.

Required Qualifications
