  • Spearhead post-award procurement planning, ensuring compliance and logistics alignment.
  • Complete procurement before 20% job completion and analyze monthly purchased vs. planned budgets.

Award Management

  • Promptly enter orders into the CMS system and generate work orders for operations.
  • Produce and submit monthly billing per contract terms.
  • Resolve billing issues to secure timely payments.
  • Post invoices across customer and company systems.
  • Compile data for reports, attend weekly meetings, and ensure contract compliance.

Required Qualifications
