- Spearhead post-award procurement planning, ensuring compliance and logistics alignment.
- Complete procurement before 20% job completion and analyze monthly purchased vs. planned budgets.
Award Management
- Promptly enter orders into the CMS system and generate work orders for operations.
- Produce and submit monthly billing per contract terms.
- Resolve billing issues to secure timely payments.
- Post invoices across customer and company systems.
- Compile data for reports, attend weekly meetings, and ensure contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
