Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including zero-based budgeting techniques and scenario planning
• Conduct monthly forecasting updates incorporating market trends, production variances, and economic factors

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as EBITDA, gross margins, and inventory turns
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies through deep-dive analytics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with operational realities
• Provide financial insights supporting capital expenditure decisions and investment proposals
• Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 5-8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and manufacturing cost accounting
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing financial teams
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification highly desirable

Candidates with experience in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced analytics tools will stand out. Your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations is crucial.
