Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth daily P&L attribution analysis, delivering clear positions and P&L reports to the COO and Partners. This includes mark-to-market reporting and hedge accounting under ASC 815 standards.

Reconciliations and Accounting Oversight

Execute daily reconciliations between trading system positions, general ledger balances, broker statements, and exchange clearing reports. Oversee comprehensive inventory accounting across elevators, terminals, port facilities, warehouses, and third-party storage locations, adhering to ASC 330 guidelines.

Close Processes and Reporting Packages

Drive the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, financial statements, and management reports. Develop detailed variance analysis with narrative explanations and compile monthly financial packages for senior leadership.

Strategic Financial Support

Manage budgets, forecasts, intercompany accounting, and elimination entries for consolidation. Apply expertise in ASC 820 fair value measurements, trading reconciliations, and supply chain inventory controls to support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
