Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing external fund administrators to guarantee accurate accounting records and comprehensive investor reporting.
• Leading the preparation, review, and finalization of quarterly financial statements, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Coordinating with external auditors for seamless audit processes, from planning to resolution of findings.
• Managing a portfolio of regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, staying ahead of evolving compliance requirements.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of complex equity accounting processes, providing expert reviews to uphold financial integrity.
• Supporting the Fund Controller in robust financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tailored to fund performance.
• Supervising critical operations like capital calls, distributions, income allocations, expense tracking, and precise cash forecasting.
• Partnering with Treasury teams to manage investment funding, collections from portfolios, expense allocations, and fair value assessments.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation for investment cost measurements, royalty income recognition, and cost relief computations.

Required Qualifications
