Key Responsibilities

As Financial Reporting Senior Manager, you'll lead critical reporting functions for a dynamic public company. Your role will involve hands-on management of complex financial deliverables under both GAAP and IFRS frameworks.

Core Financial Reporting Duties

  • Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for public, lender, and joint venture reporting
  • Handle balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules for parent entity and third-party submissions
  • Oversee footnotes and disclosures for quarterly and annual bondholder reports

Technical and Compliance Leadership

  • Conduct technical accounting research on significant transactions, maintaining GAAP/IFRS quarterly logs
  • Ensure SOX compliance through coordination with internal and external auditors
  • Perform financial statement analytics for quarterly results packages

Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coach and manage staff accountants, delegating tasks and reviewing outputs to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Capital Markets, Investments, and Legal teams on reporting solutions
  • Support auditors during quarterly/year-end procedures and special projects
  • Contribute to new enterprise system implementation and transition
