- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, variance reports, and performance analyses for leadership review.
- Real Estate Specifics: Track rental income, common area maintenance (CAM) charges, property expenses, and owner distributions accurately.
- Transaction Management: Handle intercompany transactions, journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules efficiently.
- Close Processes: Lead month-end and year-end closes, coordinating seamlessly with external CPAs and auditors.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure all records adhere to GAAP and industry accounting standards.
- Strategic Support: Provide cash flow insights, budgeting assistance, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive full-charge bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years in real estate or property management.
