Lead the implementation and maintenance of advanced accounting software systems. Leverage tools like ADP Financial Services and BlackLine for reconciliation, reporting, and automation. Proficiently handle ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline business processes and Concur for efficient travel and expense management.
From day one, build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive communication. Assume responsibility for public tax compliance and public audit duties, ensuring all regulatory standards are met with precision.
Monitor and analyze the company's financial status and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Drive initiatives to continuously improve accounting functions, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation within the team.
To excel as our Fund Accounting Supervisor/Manager, you need a solid foundation in accounting principles combined with hands-on experience in fund management. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with CPA certification highly preferred. Bring 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in fund accounting, demonstrating proficiency in ADP, BlackLine, ERP systems, and Concur.
