Key Responsibilities

Safety, People & Culture

• Manage relationships with in-house teams and third-party logistics partners to deliver seamless, efficient services.
• Develop and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies, pricing models, margin management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate market expansion opportunities beyond New York State, ensuring full regulatory readiness and operational scalability.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate advanced processes, technology solutions, and data-driven reporting systems.

Financial & Business Management

• Fully own the fuel division’s P&L, driving profitable growth through rigorous financial oversight.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, conducting variance analysis to implement targeted improvements.
• Enforce cost controls, maximize asset utilization, and optimize resource allocation for peak efficiency.
• Monitor pricing dynamics, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to sustain a strong market position.
• Cultivate strategic supplier partnerships to secure reliable, cost-competitive product supply chains.

Customer & Partner Relationships

• Cultivate enduring relationships with key retail and wholesale customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
