Coordinate freight movements across teams, liaise with third-party trucking partners for efficient pickups and deliveries, and collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations. Prepare end-of-day documents for next-day jobs, keeping everything organized for peak performance.
Handle data entry, filing, and general office support while processing key documentation like Interim Receipts, freight invoices, and labels. Manage customer invoicing and vendor invoice accruals with accuracy and efficiency, supporting the financial backbone of logistics.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of customer service savvy, administrative prowess, and logistics know-how. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in customer service, office clerk duties, or logistics highly preferred. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data handling), strong communication for customer interactions, and meticulous attention to detail for documentation.
