Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions specific to grants, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Develop and monitor grant budgets, performing ongoing financial analysis to track spending against projections.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports for funders, board members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate client and funder meetings to review financial performance, forecasts, and compliance status.
  • Create complex financial reports using ERP systems, Excel, and specialized grant management software.
  • Review grant proposals for budgetary accuracy and fiscal feasibility prior to submission.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other funding sources tied to grants.
  • Monitor third-party compliance with federal regulations such as Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
  • Assist with special projects, including audits, system implementations, and process improvements.
