  • Budget Ownership: Manage substantial advertising spends ($150K–$250K/year) across digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, plus traditional media such as direct mail and print.
  • Digital Campaign Expertise: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search and social campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and audience segmentation for peak performance.
  • Performance Analytics: Dive deep into data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track KPIs, forecast trends, and pivot strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales to refine lead quality, optimize CRM integrations (Pipedrive and industry-specific software), and support content creation for brand awareness.
  • Traditional & Organic Synergy: Oversee direct mail and print efforts while liaising with SEO vendors to amplify organic traffic and holistic growth.
