Manage the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, rigorous testing, comprehensive training, and smooth go-live. Excel at translating complex business and clinical workflows into actionable system requirements, while maintaining detailed documentation including process maps, requirements specs, and solution designs to ensure long-term success and scalability.
Drive seamless data exchange between critical systems using interfaces, APIs, and data feeds, with a laser focus on reliability, security, and compliance. Partner with vendors and cross-functional internal teams to design, deploy, and sustain integrations spanning EHR/EMR, practice management, billing/claims processing, HRIS, CRM, scheduling, and ancillary platforms. Act as the go-to system owner and administrator for designated healthcare applications. Proactively triage support tickets based on business impact and SLAs, leading swift resolutions to minimize downtime.

Convert stakeholder inquiries into precise report requirements, establishing clear data definitions, key metrics, and governance frameworks.
