Key Responsibilities

Implementations & Project Delivery

Take charge of end-to-end implementations for healthcare applications, modules, and third-party tools. Manage the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, rigorous testing, comprehensive training, and smooth go-live. Excel at translating complex business and clinical workflows into actionable system requirements, while maintaining detailed documentation including process maps, requirements specs, and solution designs to ensure long-term success and scalability.

Systems Integration & Interoperability

Drive seamless data exchange between critical systems using interfaces, APIs, and data feeds, with a laser focus on reliability, security, and compliance. Partner with vendors and cross-functional internal teams to design, deploy, and sustain integrations spanning EHR/EMR, practice management, billing/claims processing, HRIS, CRM, scheduling, and ancillary platforms. Application Management / Ownership

Act as the go-to system owner and administrator for designated healthcare applications.
