Key Responsibilities

Strategic Legal Support

Deliver expert counsel on all procurement matters, from vendor agreements and IT/SaaS contracts to clinical and supply chain transactions. Contract Drafting & Negotiation

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of sophisticated agreements: SaaS and cloud-based tech contracts, cybersecurity and data-sharing deals, professional services pacts, and clinical/medical technology procurements. Craft strategies that align perfectly with business priorities.

Risk, Compliance & Policy Development
