Provide comprehensive technical support for essential tools including Windows PCs, Microsoft Office applications, Zoom video conferencing, Slack collaboration platform, and secure file transfer systems. Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues such as hardware failures, software errors, network connectivity challenges, and user access problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our teams.
Proactively manage room technology to guarantee seamless functionality during scheduled meetings, swiftly resolving any interruptions to maintain productivity. Track all IT support requests via a robust ticketing system, prioritizing tasks and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Assist in system installations, upgrades, and updates, while actively contributing to IT-related projects that enhance organizational capabilities. Uphold stringent security protocols and compliance standards, especially when managing sensitive files and confidential information, safeguarding our clients' data.
