  • Escalate Tier 3 issues to senior engineers while providing clear handoffs.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic communication with non-technical users via phone, email, chat, or remote tools like TeamViewer.
  • Monitor help desk queues, prioritize urgent tickets, and meet SLA targets.
  • Assist with basic inventory management and equipment provisioning.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Help Desk Tier I role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing IT support experience (help desk, desktop support, or call center).
