• Maintain the employee handbook, ensuring it's always up-to-date and accessible via digital platforms for all staff.
• Draft and implement policy updates directed by HR leadership, focusing on clarity, legal compliance, and user-friendliness.
• Promptly communicate policy changes through emails, intranet posts, and targeted memos to minimize disruptions.
• Develop targeted communications for specific departments or roles affected by policy updates, tailoring messages for maximum relevance.
• Prepare concise announcements, reminders, and newsletters covering policies, benefits enrollment, open enrollment deadlines, and compliance training.
• Support HR leaders by creating presentation materials, talking points, and agendas for staff meetings, town halls, and mandatory training sessions.
• Organize and maintain electronic records of employee policy acknowledgments, e-signatures, and training completions using HRIS systems.
• Track completion rates and generate detailed reports on acknowledgment status, training progress, and compliance gaps for leadership review.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to boost participation and understanding.
• Efficiently schedule HR-related meetings, virtual or in-person training sessions, webinars, and automated reminders via tools like Outlook or HR software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance initiatives across Robert Half's Orlando operations.
