  • Develop and refine offboarding processes, including termination and layoff procedures, ensuring all actions meet legal requirements and maintain organizational integrity.
  • Schedule regular virtual meetings and onsite visits to engage directly with employees, listen to concerns, and build rapport across all levels.
  • Set dedicated hours for staff inquiries, providing prompt, accessible HR support as the go-to resource when leadership is unavailable.
  • Support recruiting efforts for specialized roles, such as Chief Officers, utilizing your network and expertise to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications
