Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Support the end-to-end recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates via email and phone, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to post job openings, screen resumes, and track applicant progress through our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Onboarding and New Hire Integration

Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation programs, preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees feel welcomed and equipped from day one. This includes setting up IT access, workspace arrangements, and initial training schedules.

Employee Records and HRIS Management

Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS), including personal data, performance reviews, and payroll information. Regular audits and data entry will be key to compliance and operational efficiency.

Benefits Administration and Open Enrollment

Administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment periods, and respond to employee queries about health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. You'll liaise with benefits providers to resolve issues promptly.
