Oversee pre-employment checks, including background verifications and references, ensuring we hire the best fit for our Charlotte-based roles.
Facilitate smooth onboarding with paperwork preparation, orientation sessions, and new hire transitions. Handle employee inquiries professionally, providing timely solutions to enhance satisfaction. Update employee records, manage files, and generate insightful HR reports to support data-driven decisions.
Assist in benefits administration, performance management, and implementing HR programs focused on engagement and compliance. Promote a collaborative culture through initiatives that boost morale and retention. Participate in occasional travel to job fairs and recruiting events, expanding Robert Half's reach in the Southeast.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years in an HR generalist or recruitment role. Familiarity with North Carolina employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
Key skills include full-cycle recruitment, ATS proficiency, onboarding expertise, background checks, HR administration, employee relations, benefits management, performance evaluations, compliance, and event participation.
