  • Monitoring adherence to federal (FLSA, FMLA), state (PA labor laws), and local regulations, conducting audits to mitigate risks.
  • Contributing to strategic HR projects such as policy revisions, process automation using tools like Workday or BambooHR, and diversity initiatives.

Required Qualifications
