  • Employee Relations Expertise: Handle sensitive intake processes and full investigations for workplace issues, maintaining confidentiality and delivering fair, resolution-focused outcomes.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Leverage systems like Workforce (preferred) for data entry, reporting, and analytics to drive informed HR decisions.

Required Qualifications
