Recruitment is a core pillar: prepare compelling job postings, screen top talent, conduct background checks, and orchestrate seamless onboarding. Guide new hires through orientations and training schedules while managing offboarding with grace and compliance. Maintain impeccable employee records in HR systems, support projects through reporting and meetings, and serve as the go-to liaison for employee queries, escalating to leadership when needed. This role demands adaptability in a fast-paced Sacramento office, where your organizational skills will shine.
