Deliver end-to-end HR support, including full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent, seamless onboarding to integrate new hires, and ongoing employee relations to maintain high morale. Manage performance management processes, from goal setting to appraisals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Champion compliance by auditing processes and mitigating risks in line with federal and California state regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor, resolving workplace issues with empathy and efficiency. Coordinate benefits administration, from open enrollment to claims resolution, and liaise with payroll teams for accurate processing. Maintain meticulous employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Lead the communication and rollout of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee experience. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by embedding inclusive practices in all HR activities, organizing training sessions, and tracking progress metrics. Stay abreast of evolving employment laws, such as California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, to keep the organization compliant and agile.
To excel in this HR Generalist role, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology or fast-paced industries.
