Key Responsibilities

Core HR Support Functions

Deliver end-to-end HR support, including full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent, seamless onboarding to integrate new hires, and ongoing employee relations to maintain high morale. Manage performance management processes, from goal setting to appraisals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Champion compliance by auditing processes and mitigating risks in line with federal and California state regulations.

Employee and Manager Partnership
