Key Responsibilities

As our HR Generalist, your day-to-day will include a diverse range of critical tasks:

• Assisting with 401k audits and managing smooth transition tasks for retirement benefits.
• Serving as the key point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving concerns efficiently and escalating complex matters to the HR Director.
• Supporting the HR Director with various administrative functions and exciting HR projects, from policy updates to training initiatives.

Required Qualifications
