Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management

Take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for key roles, employing proactive sourcing strategies such as networking, direct outreach, employee referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build and nurture enduring talent pipelines while developing strong relationships with universities, schools, and community organizations to broaden recruiting channels. Ensure all interviews adhere to consistent standards and legal compliance, then expertly extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through to acceptance.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

Deliver exceptional end-to-end onboarding experiences, managing paperwork, orientation sessions, IT systems setup, and training programs. Act as the go-to point of contact for new hires, guaranteeing all compliance documentation is accurate and timely, setting the foundation for long-term success and engagement.

Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle

Support comprehensive performance management, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and coaching managers. Collaborate with leadership on development programs, retention strategies, and succession planning. Guide managers on HR best practices to ensure uniform policy application across the full employee lifecycle.

Offboarding

Manage smooth offboarding with exit interviews, documentation, knowledge transfer, and final communications. Analyze feedback trends to inform process enhancements and retention improvements.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in the full talent lifecycle, with proven hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; 3-5+ years in a similar HR generalist capacity; strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance; proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are highly desirable. Atlanta-area candidates with local network ties preferred.
