Perform background checks, administer personality assessments, and ensure all processes comply with legal standards and company policies. Stay ahead of regulations to mitigate risks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and monitor key performance indicators. Keep abreast of HR trends to innovate hiring practices.
To excel as an HR Recruiter, you need proven full-cycle recruitment experience, proficiency in ATS, CareerBuilder, and CRM software. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle background checks and compliance are crucial.
