Manage self-insured benefits programs end-to-end, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and resolving complex employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to streamline processes and uphold internal policies. Proactively monitor evolving legal landscapes to update leave and benefits policies accordingly. Maintain precise employee records and leverage data analytics to produce insightful reports on leave trends and compliance metrics, driving continuous process improvements.
