This includes hands-on configuration of critical modules like Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and custom Reporting dashboards. You'll optimize these systems to align perfectly with business objectives, leveraging your ADP expertise to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Act as the essential liaison between HR, IT departments, and external vendors. Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders, analyze business needs, and translate them into practical, technical system configurations. Your ability to bridge communication gaps will be crucial for project success.
Perform rigorous testing of all configurations, identify and resolve issues proactively, and oversee smooth data migrations during system rollouts. Maintain impeccable data accuracy, security protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA, SOX), safeguarding sensitive employee information.
Beyond implementations, provide expert system administration, workflow development, and performance tuning. Create user-friendly documentation, training materials, and guides to empower end-users, minimizing downtime and maximizing adoption rates.
Seeking candidates with 5+ years in HRIS/HCM implementations, particularly in ADP environments. Proficiency in configuring modules for Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Reporting is essential. Experience with data migrations, SQL querying, API integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues is a must.
Strong analytical skills to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Excellent communication for vendor management and cross-team collaboration. Proven track record in developing training materials and ensuring compliance. A bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
