Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this HR Business Partner role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HRBP or senior generalist in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Deep knowledge of California employment regulations, including AB5, PAGA, and wage/hour compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR technologies such as Workday, UKG, or BambooHR, plus advanced Excel for analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels from executives to individual contributors.
  • SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification highly desirable.
