As HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive and site leadership, translating business goals into actionable people strategies. This includes spearheading organizational planning, talent management, and succession initiatives to build a resilient workforce pipeline.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR specialists across multiple locations. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce development programs designed to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with union representatives and management to maintain harmonious labor relations, ensuring adherence to wage/hour laws and collective bargaining agreements. Champion compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, mitigating risks through proactive audits and policy enforcement.
Drive HR excellence by leveraging data analytics and benchmarking to refine processes and policies. Implement innovative programs supporting business transformation, change management, and skills development to future-proof the workforce.
