To excel in this Human Resources Business Partner position, candidates must bring a blend of strategic insight, hands-on experience, and interpersonal prowess. We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of progressive HRBP experience in a business partnering capacity. Deep knowledge of California employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards is essential.
Ideal candidates demonstrate proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR analytics. Proficiency in HRIS platforms like Workday or UKG, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, is required. SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are highly preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a consultative approach are non-negotiable. Experience in high-growth environments, particularly in professional services or consulting, will set you apart.
