Employee Onboarding and Recruitment

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and final hiring decisions to build top-tier teams.

HRIS Management and Reporting

Administer and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping, payroll integration, and generating insightful reports. Conduct background checks, verify employment eligibility via E-Verify, and ensure all documentation meets legal standards.

Employee Relations and Development

Support employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Provide expert guidance on California labor laws, assist with training programs, and collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives like performance management and talent development.
