Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive HR administrative tasks, including meticulous recordkeeping, policy enforcement, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Minimize organizational risks through vigilant adherence to regulations specific to Illinois and non-profit standards.

Required Qualifications
