Oversee all aspects of employee relations, proactively addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Promote collaboration across departments to align with the organization's mission of social impact.
Manage comprehensive HR administrative tasks, including meticulous recordkeeping, policy enforcement, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Minimize organizational risks through vigilant adherence to regulations specific to Illinois and non-profit standards.
Coordinate and monitor benefit programs, keeping employees informed and supported. Lead seamless onboarding processes, equipping new hires with the tools and knowledge for quick integration and long-term success.
Leverage HRIS systems like ADP, Workday, or BambooHR to maintain accurate data and optimize processes. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, support workforce planning, and drive organizational development initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, providing expert guidance to staff and management. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a thriving, collaborative culture.
