Key Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Engineer role demands hands-on expertise across a wide range of IT domains. Daily tasks include:

• Serving as the primary escalation point for servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and file/print services to support enterprise operations.
• Managing end-user support for Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and OneDrive, alongside Azure Active Directory environments.
• Proactively monitoring system performance, network connectivity, and security compliance using advanced tools like Fortinet firewalls, Bitdefender antivirus, and other compliance applications.
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions tailored to evolving business requirements.
• Implementing critical infrastructure upgrades, such as patching, backups, and resource optimization, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
