Key Responsibilities
As an Instructional Designer, you'll drive the technical and creative aspects of this LMS migration:
- Content Inventory & Audit: Systematically locate source files (authoring, video projects, assessments) and evaluate migration readiness across PetSmart's learning portfolio.
- Redesign & Rebuild: Transform outdated content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, addressing technical gaps and enhancing user engagement.
- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all materials meet WCAG standards and PetSmart's branding guidelines for inclusive learning.
- Migration Preparation: Package assets for new LMS upload, including rigorous QA testing and stakeholder validation.

Required Qualifications
