Key Responsibilities
Core Litigation Duties
Your primary focus will be litigating complex insurance defense cases. You'll also handle trucking and transportation litigation, defending against accidents, cargo claims, and regulatory compliance matters. Personal injury defense will round out your caseload, covering premises liability, auto accidents, and slip-and-fall cases.
Day-to-Day Operations
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to build airtight defenses.
- Draft persuasive motions, oppositions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Prepare witnesses, take depositions, and negotiate favorable settlements.
- Represent clients in King County Superior Court, federal courts, and alternative dispute resolutions.
- Maintain meticulous case files and exceed the 1800-hour billable target for bonus eligibility.

Required Qualifications
Education and Licensing
