Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Controller or equivalent role, ideally within professional services or multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite ERP, Prendio procurement, Expensify, and similar platforms.
• Advanced understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and international reporting requirements.
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle accounting, from AP/AR to financial closes.
• Strong analytical skills for contract reviews, reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise with executives, international partners, and cross-functional teams.
• CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required.
