About the Role

As the Internal Audit Manager/Director, you'll be the trusted face of internal audit at plant sites across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities

Lead Comprehensive Audits

Take ownership of executing the annual audit plan for the Americas region. Oversee every phase of audits—from meticulous planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up—ensuring compliance and value delivery across diverse manufacturing locations.

Build Strategic Relationships

Act as the primary representative of Internal Audit at plant sites. Cultivate credibility and strong partnerships with site leadership, operational teams, and finance professionals to align audit efforts with business objectives.

Drive Risk and Control Enhancements
