Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will encompass a broad spectrum of high-impact duties:

  • Lead financial transactions and reporting for subsidiaries in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Chile, plus branches in South Korea and Brazil, scaling to new entities.
  • Conduct monthly financial statement reviews with insightful commentary for senior leaders.
  • Partner with local offices on budgeting, revenue forecasting, expense tracking, cash management, and Latin American rate setting.
  • Track US budgets tied to global investments and own the end-to-end transfer pricing process.
  • Perform regular cash flow monitoring to forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs.
  • Oversee monthly GL reconciliations, intercompany balancing, and automation enhancements for efficiency.
  • Manage close processes, journal entries, and adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations including audits and tax filings.
  • Handle international tax compliance (VAT, sales/use tax, etc.) and mitigate foreign exchange risks.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports empowering data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our International Accounting Manager in Chicago, IL, you need:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA or international equivalent highly preferred.

  • Deep expertise in transfer pricing, multi-entity consolidations, IFRS/US GAAP, and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), Excel, and automation tools.
