• Investigate root causes of discrepancies between physical counts and ERP records, implementing corrective actions swiftly.
• Minimize manual adjustments and elevate cycle count processes through rigorous root-cause analysis and process refinement.
• Champion continuous improvement projects focused on inventory accuracy, ERP utilization, and supply chain efficiency.
• Master the end-to-end product and process flow, including job clocking, system transactions, and interdepartmental workflows.
• Contribute expertise to forward-thinking initiatives like barcode implementation, demand forecasting, and advanced reporting dashboards.
