Key Responsibilities

  • Drive structured outbound efforts using data-driven strategies to ensure consistent engagement across your investor network.
  • Design and customize fundraising materials, including compelling pitch decks, teasers, and personalized investor correspondence that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Handle comprehensive LP communications, such as quarterly performance reporting, ad hoc data requests, capital calls, and distribution notices.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Affinity) while tracking key fundraising metrics and performance indicators to inform strategy.
  • Contribute to the planning and flawless execution of annual meetings and investor events, fostering deeper relationships and new opportunities.
  • Immerse yourself in the firm’s investment strategy, mastering its nuances to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

To succeed, bring 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, business development, or related fields within venture capital, private equity, or investment banking. Key traits include:
