• Supervise, mentor, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants through project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain and expand professional networks, represent Robert Half in the market, and contribute to business development efforts including proposal preparation.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in technology audit, risk advisory, or related fields, with leadership in complex engagements.
• Deep knowledge of focus areas like cybersecurity, IT risk management, ITGC, cloud computing, enterprise applications, data governance/privacy, IT SOX, technology resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
